Excellent restaurant with great value. For superb three course menu and very good wine we paid 135 euro. Top service and beautiful ambiente. I was here with my wife on a saturday evening.

Amazing food experience. Chef Giuseppe and his lovely wife Gloria, supported by a dynamic and high level staff, are able to mix flavours and tastes from alla across Italy into fabulous creations definitely deserving the chance to pay this restaurant a visit. Apollinaire provides a great ratio between food quality and price. We enjoyed the generous wine choice and the quality ofte service provided. If planning to visit Spoleto, this restaurant is a must do!

Delicious, beautifully presented food brought by a dynamic staff which ensures impeccable service. The decor and setting makes it an even more lovely experience. The food was outstandingly crafted, and the fillet of beef especially was unforgettably good.

Such a beautiful restaurant. Lovely ambience. The service is very professional. And the food amazing. We asked for a wine recommendation and we couldn’t have had better.

Delicious food, friendly and professional staff and a beautiful setting. Amazing experience overall, every course was very tasty and well prepared. Lentis veloute was very delicious. Sliced sirloin beef with truffle was very good. I loved pasta with truffle! For dessert we had Lavander scented creme brulee, it was unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Delicious food especially the pasta with tartufo nero and and the bread selection; it was nice sitting out outside though the service was a bit slow at times
